Their goal is customer service, not to get every cent possible from you. We had doors and windows replaced in the garage and they look great! No shortcuts were taken in the installation process. There was an issue with the final price, which was higher, than what was originally quoted. But Remodel USA honored the original quote! Alexandra the sales rep, Brad a manager, Lou the project manager, Roger the installer, and all the personnel in the office that we spoke with on the phone are pleasant to work with. They went to great lengths to ensure that we got what we wanted and the details were right. We will definitely be using their services for other projects! The team did very impressive work within a tight deadline. They finished remodeling my 1.5 bathrooms within 1.5 weeks (Mon-Fri) only. The look of the bathrooms are modern and brights Their price is a little bit high compared to other quotes, but I truely think compared to the worries I might have dealing with private contractors, buying materials, and whether they can finish work etc, I would rather pay a little more. The show room is large, workers are professional, service department is responsible. So I’m very satisfied.”
